When we first began building BestFarewell, our vision was simple but ambitious: to create a platform that makes it easier for families to honor loved ones with care, clarity, and dignity. We imagined something modern and supportive—something that could ease the burden of planning, writing, and remembering during some of life’s most difficult moments.

What we didn’t fully anticipate was the response.

Over the past 2 weeks, more than 100 families have joined BestFarewell. Some found us while searching for guidance after an unexpected loss. Others joined to begin preparing tributes in advance. Many came through word of mouth, introduced by friends or professionals who saw what we were building and believed in it.

The love, stories, and encouragement we’ve received have been humbling. I'm more than grateful. Families have used BestFarewell to build memorial pages, gather memories, and write tributes that feel deeply personal. We’ve seen people invite siblings, spouses, and distant relatives to contribute from across the country. We’ve watched communities come together to leave messages and photos that preserve not just the facts of someone’s life—but the heart of it.

And through it all, your feedback has made us better. You've helped us improve the Family Management System, refine SageLink’s voice, and think carefully about every design choice we make.

This milestone isn’t about numbers. It’s about what those numbers represent: real families who trusted us to help carry a part of their story. For that, we are incredibly grateful.
