Enterprise Onboarding

Getting started with BestFarewell for your organization.

BestFarewell Enterprise is built for organizations that support families through end-of-life planning and remembrance. Funeral homes, hospices, healthcare systems, and similar organizations can use BestFarewell to offer families a compassionate, guided experience.

Who Enterprise Is For

Enterprise accounts are designed for funeral homes, hospices, healthcare systems, and other organizations that serve families during difficult transitions. If your organization works with families around death, grief, or planning, Enterprise may be a fit.

Getting Started

Enterprise setup begins with a conversation. Visit the Enterprise page to learn more and request a demo or consultation. The BestFarewell team will work with you to understand your needs and configure your account.

Account Provisioning

Once your organization is approved, the BestFarewell team provisions your enterprise account. This includes setting up your organization profile, configuring access for your team, and connecting any integrations you need.

Team Setup

You'll receive instructions for adding your team members and assigning roles. Team setup ensures the right people have access to the right features and that your organization's data stays secure.

Custom Branding

Enterprise accounts can include custom branding options so families see your organization's name and identity when they use BestFarewell through you. The team will discuss branding options during onboarding.
