Customizing Your Memorial
How to personalize memorial pages with photos, stories, and tributes.
Your memorial can grow and change over time. Add more photos, refine the tribute, and adjust what's visible to visitors. Here's how to personalize it.
Photos
Adding photos. From the memorial page, click Add Photo or drag images into the gallery. Upload one at a time or in batches. Add captions to describe the moment or the people in the photo.
Reordering. Click and drag photos to change the order. The first photo often appears as the main image, so put the one you want to highlight at the top.
Editing the Tribute
The tribute is the main written piece about your loved one. To edit it, open the memorial and click Edit on the tribute section. You can expand it, add stories, or adjust the tone. Changes save automatically. Sage can help you draft or refine the tribute if you'd like assistance.
Dates and Details
You can update birth and death dates, and any other details, from the memorial settings. These appear on the page and help visitors understand the timeline of your loved one's life.
Visibility
Each memorial has visibility settings. You can choose whether the page is public (anyone with the link can view) or private (only invited family and friends). Toggle these in the memorial settings. You can also hide or show specific sections, like the photo gallery or condolences, depending on your preferences.
